What do we understand by "consulting"?

Consulting must be based on experience.
We have acquired our practically orientated expertise in different enterprises through the years.

Consulting requires sensitivity and the ability to work in a team.
Consulting can only be successful, if one obtains the cooperation of the internal employees of an enterprise. Especially in difficult times this requires a balance of challenge and support which can only be acquired in many years of project work. We have worked on such projects since 1985.

Consulting requires neutrality.
In order to find the best possible solution for the customer, consulting must not be modelled on the manufacturers of solutions but only on the solutions as such. Due to the fact that we achieve our sales with consulting services and not by means of provisions, our consulting is vendor-neutral.

Consulting requires the continuous updating of our expertise.
Apart from applying well-tried methods, consultants also have to perform the continuous analysis and evaluation of the market. On the basis of our varied engagements at different customers for completely different jobs, we offer our services as partners in "development projects". We do not only give training courses, but also attend to them.
